Ideate and develop both long term and short term strategies across a wide range of topicsConduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis and feasibility studies to gain insights and determine viability of solutionsUtilise research and insights to help develop effective and innovative solutions that are in-line with the organisation's goalsEffectively communicate and present project deliverables to relevant stakeholders and deliver output that is up to the required standardWork closely with team and relevant stakeholders and provide analytical, intellectual and research support on various projects
Profile
Minimum of an undergraduate degree from a top-tier university. Masters preferred.At least 3 years experience in research, strategy, or public policyOpen to Think Tank or Market Research professionals alsoStrong problem solving, analytical and research skillsExcellent written and verbal presentation skillsAbility to work autonomously in a fast paced and dynamic environmentAbility to interact and engage with the senior management and executive leadership team and build connections with relevant experts across different fieldsArabic skills (oral and written) strongly preferred
