Scope
The Healthcare & Education (H&E) team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking analyst to be based in our office in Riyadh. The H&E team provides strategic advisory services including Market and Financial Feasibility Studies, Highest and Best Use Studies, Operator Search & Selection Engagements and Transaction related engagements. The team primarily advises (semi) government entities, developers, and institutional investors.
Responsibilities
General
Assist with report writing, financial analysis, and proposal documents.
Maintain/update internal databases.
Conduct primary research where required.
Source and update secondary data.
Have an understanding of Middle East market dynamics and the drivers of healthcare and education sector growth.
Keep abreast of key trends/developments in the regional within these two sectors.
Contribute to business development where possible and attend networking events.
Global Liaison
Liaise with other internal departments to coordinate inputs for reports. Cross sell opportunities into local and international teams.
Client Care
Communicate fully with all stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the delivery of tasks are managed in an efficient and professional manner.
Ensure highest quality standards in accordance with local and international standard
Professional Standards
Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership

Completing deliverables to tight deadlines means that the ability to get on with colleagues and a flexible attitude towards office hours are as important as technical skills & experience.

Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required
- Relevant bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- The candidate should have 2+ years of advisory related experience.
- Good interpersonal & communications skills.
- Clear and logical thinker with well-developed report writing skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
- Flexible attitude towards travelling.
- Fluency in Arabic is an asset but not essential
