We are looking for a Tele-caller specialist for the Holiday Home Company
Tele-caller Responsibilities:
- Calling active owners to encourage their property for listing and rental.
- Studying the details of each property, location, type, offer, and rent option
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Noting important details of each conversation
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our broker/sales team for closing.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close the deals
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Conducting your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
- Answer questions about service or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
المهارات
- To be successful as a Tele-caller, you should be able to convince even the toughest of individual Owners, negotiating rent properties.
- Tele-caller Requirements
- Completion of a sales-relate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone
