الوصف الوظيفي
• Development of detailed Construction Schedule for the projects.
• Development of the Project Measurement Record (PMR).
• Development of the Project Measurement Sheet (PMS).
• Allocate resources to the activities to accurately reflect how the work is performed.
• Development of recovery plans in case of delays in the project.
• Monthly Schedule update.
• Preparation of overall S-curve to analyse the planned vs. actual.
• Development of Progress Reports and S-Curves for the management.
• Generate reports for the following tasks:
• Completed tasks, ongoing tasks, outstanding tasks, critical tasks, Pre-Comm. / Comm. tasks
• Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report for the management/client.
• Preparation of 2 weeks look ahead plan.
• Conducting / attending the weekly progress meeting with the client and MOM preparation.
• Preparation of dashboards or presentation for the management.
• Preparation of the monthly progress invoice and keeping close liaisons with client.
