About the role: The role will consist of leading Parsons Internal Mobility department for the MEA region and collaborating with internal recruiters and project managers to help current employees connect with other project and hiring managers to ensure they are able to advance their careers from within the organization. Your role will be highly cross functional and collaborative, working with partners across the HR team, to recruit and engage top talent in tandem with Parsons priorities.
We are searching for an agile leader, a teammate with proven collaboration and a track record of driving innovative initiatives. You will be an integral part of the Recruitment Team and will work closely with Senior Managers, HR Directors and HR Leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive continuous improvement of the internal mobility department offering for Parsons Middle East business
- Coach, advise and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and employees to understand top talent priorities and develop creative strategies for engaging internal talent across the company
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to iterate on our current internal mobility programming and influence decision making.
- Support the overall Employee Mobility Program goal of increasing the number of openings
- that are filled by internal Parsons employees.
- Perform proactive and reactive searches using Parsons candidate and employee databases to identify, screen, qualify, and match employees to open requisitions.
- Coordinate employee placement efforts by working closely and driving efforts with Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Business Partners, and the Business Units.
- Be a trusted partner and ambassador to the business, reinforcing our commitment to career development and mobility programs.
- Act as the employee advocate for transitioning employees who are, or will soon be uncovered, or are in search of career growth and mobility.
- Provide guidance to recruiters and managers regarding communications with Employee Mobility candidates.
- Consistently maintain accurate employee data for program participants and maintain and/or distribute weekly reports as required.
- Participate in planning and policy development when applicable.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Recruitment Processes and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel and general knowledge of Human Resources a must.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 10 years of recruitment and HR experience.
- This position requires an eager, motivated, individual with strong inter-personal skills and acute attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to being seen as a true driver and connector of dots to the business with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Top class client and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively engage with senior leadership and articulate in a professional manner.
- Can proactively network and establish effective working relationships across multiple disciplines
