FINANCE MANAGER

We are currently looking for highly talented candidate for the position of Finance Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Ideal candidate shall manage the financial records and activities to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Finance Director, CEO, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) & Corporate Governance.
Coordinates annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors.
Manage daily activities for Accounting, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting and Treasury.
Ensures periodic financial statements are submitted on time (income statement, balance sheet, changes in financial position) and all other financial highlights deemed essential to the Management.
Maintaining the highest quality, reliability, and accuracy.
Manage monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts
Analyze significant budget variances and investigate related spends with concerned department heads.
Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls.
Coordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process.
Helping in reconciliations, budgets preparation, analysis, and variance reporting.

المهارات

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Professional accounting qualification / certification e.g. CPA, CIMA, CA, ACCA or MBA is preferred.
5+ years’ experience in senior supervisory or managerial finance positions.
Advance verbal and written communication skills English Language.
Strong IT skills – especially accounting/finance software.
