Duties & Responsibilities:
v Reporting to General Manager.
v Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
v Set sales target.
v Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
v Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
v Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
v Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
v Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
v Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely and adhere to budgets.
v Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
v Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
v Ensure brand messages are consistent.
v Gather and analyze customer insight.
v Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
v Engage consumers on social media.
v Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.

المهارات
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field required.
Ø +5 years in in marketing and promotion.
Ø Three years of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.
Ø Two years experience with new products.
Ø Bilingual with Arabic as the primary language and with business fluency in English.
Ø Strong intrapersonal skills.
Ø Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ø Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
Ø Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
Ø Positive and enthusiastic.
Ø Self-Motivated
Ø Valid Driving License (Preferred).
