Roles & Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist talent.
Create and maintain a talent database for future positions.
Keep job requirements and descriptions up to date for all positions
Design effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to the job opening.
Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.

المهارات

Preference:

Immediate Joiners.
Arabic Speakers.
A good understanding of the UAE labor law is highly advantageous.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Proficient in computer literacy.
