Job Description – Cashier 1. Receiving payment requests and make sure it has required approvals. 2. Make payment, sign on voucher and attached payment transfer receipt and report back to relevant supervisor for review and final posting. 3. Supplier cheques preparation after getting official payment requests. 4. Maintain online record of all utility accounts to register in ERP system and Bank Portal. Make utilities payments on time. 5. Maintaining electronic bank statements and reporting to supervisors on daily basis 6. Communication to banks with official letters for opening or closing of bank accounts and updating company information with banks 7. Communication with bank about any Government Related Payments. 8. Any other official tasks assigned by direct manager
