Responsibilities:

  1. Follow up on leads and Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  2. Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones, upsell and cross sell
  3. Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  4. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  5. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  6. Build a strong understanding of the client account – overall organization, key players, ways of working, budgets, priorities, and other elements necessary
  7. Align with marketing department on promotional strategies
  8. Seek ways of improving the daily operations
  9. Attend and conduct seminars, conferences and events
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
  11. Train team members to further develop their skills

المهارات

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in similar role
  2. Is comfortable handling clients from start to end of project
  3. Confident and is optimistic
  4. Strong English and Arabic communication skills (oral and written) is a MUST
  5. A robust understanding of sales and having a Events background
  6. An ability to perfectly represent the company, to develop new clients, and to negotiate with key members of other firms.
  7. Knowledge and familiarity with the Middle East market and clients.
  8. Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution.
  9. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  10. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  11. Proficient in relevant software/applications such as Excel, PowerPoint.
