Responsibilities
– Performs all activities related to apartment rentals.
– Prepares Form A (Seller's Agreement), Form B (Buyer's Agreement) and Form F (MOU/Sales Agreement between the Seller and Buyer) through Dubai REST application.
– Creates listings/advertisement on the CRM (PropSpace), applies for Trakheesi permits and publish the adverts online – Property Finder, Dubizzle, Just Property, Bayut,etc.
– Maintains day to day administrative and personal services in order to support office operations.
– Answer telephone calls and take messages.
Qualifications
– Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
– Knowledge in Dubai REST App (Creating Form A, B and F)
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to multitask
– Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
