الوصف الوظيفي

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems.
  • Plan, organize, and schedule the day to day user support which encompasses all troubleshooting.
  • Talking users through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Working continuously on a task until completion.
  • Assure that all changes in the IT department are logged, monitored and change process is in place
  • Follow up with change requesters and change owners
  • Manage the purchases of the IT department and create PR’s and PO’s and follow up with the concerned parties during the entire process
  • Manage contracts of the IT department by monitor contract validity terms and expiry and follow up with the concerned parties
  • Manage the software assets and licenses of the IT department and monitor license expiry and follow up with the concerned parties for renewals
  • Assure all approved software are listed with its required details and documents
  • Assure all IT contracts are listed with its required details and documents
  • Coordinate with level 2 support to assure efficient task handling in the IT department by updating the required logs
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
  • Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
