Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading Manufacturers of Insulated Panels in the United Arab Emirates. Our Client is looking to hire a Production Supervisor who will maximize productivity while ensuring high quality and adherence to safety protocols and best practices. Responsibilities are –

<br />- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
<br />- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
<br />- Oversee and coach employees
<br />- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
<br />- Check production output according to specifications
<br />- Submit reports on performance and progress
<br />- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
<br />- Train new employees on how to use machinery safely and follow procedures
<br />- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
<br />- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
<br />- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and content, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
<br />Requirements- 3+ years relevant work experience in manufacturing (preferably with insulated panels)
<br />- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
<br />- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
<br />- Organizational and leadership abilities
<br />- Communication and interpersonal skills
<br />- Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
<br />
