An international Training and consultancy company requires a full-time Marketing Officer / Training Consultant to assist prospective Marketing leads and Consultancy services.

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation, converting existing leads into business and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skill set which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

General Requirements:

The candidate should be a Bachelor's Degree graduate. Having a Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
Preferred nationality: Bilingual | Fluency in spoken and written English is a MUST. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is an added advantage.
Can work under pressure with less supervision. Customer service-oriented.

Background Requirement: Must have working experience in Training or related industry (3 years required)

Demonstrate extensive marketing strategy, program and its implementation to maximize the business in CORPORATE, Oil & Gas companies, Govt. sector and other industries.
Accountable to find new targets and leads to promote the sales and increase the business and finding new strategies to attract new customers and boost the relationship with all corporate major clients by visiting them as Company representative and maintain the image and reputation of the Company.
Accomplish corporate business on monthly basis by promoting the company programs to Corporate (all region) both In-house and Public courses.
Achieve sales objective by forecasting market requirements; contribute recommendations and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; productivity and customer-service standards, resolve problems, identify trends; determine sales marketing system improvements.
The job role includes client relationship management, business development, negotiation, closing deals, coordination.
Candidates applying should have a dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills, willing to work during weekend shifts and flexible in work timings.
