You’ll help municipalities and municipal owned companies in Saudi Arabia transform and create value by improving the way they work. From elevating quality of municipal services and optimizing customer journeys on individual and corporate levels to launching new service lines. You will also support in corporatization and privatization of municipal services via innovative models increasing and strengthening partnerships with the private sector and implementing global practices to foster a future proof ecosystem and ultimately enable the achievement of Saudi kingdom vision 2030.

Your role is expected to be but not limited to:

• Develop business cases for investment decisions and municipal services/asset corporatization

• Evaluate and develop PPP models to deliver municipal services/projects

• Develop operating model and commercial structures for municipal services corporatization / privatization

• Transform municipal core services such as inspections, compliance, waste management, etc.

• Develop and optimize the investor journey across different services/assets
