PRIMARY PURPOSE
The L&D is crucial for the success of the academy. This role identifies training needs, designs modules, lessons and delivery methods with the respective functions along with on-the-job upskilling measurements in line with each department’s unique clients’ journeys.
The L&D Specialist is also responsible for the LMS platforms (and other platforms and systems that will be initiated) to upload, schedule, assess, dashboard and reporting.
The L&D Specialist will design well-rounded real estate knowledge transfer modules for the internal stakeholders (PSI teams) and for the external audience (paid courses for individuals and agreements with the concerned authorities, individuals and firms.
Passionate about helping people learn and grow their careers, the L&D Specialist will excel at identifying the current and future skills required, creating engaging and innovative learning interventions to meet the diverse needs of the organization development.
Responsibility
Identifies training needs and carries out capability assessments across PSI.
Helps business functions’ Line Managers identify the skills required for their team members through career pathing and clients’ journeys in order to develop the learning modules.
Creates flexible and innovative learning courses.
Designs blended learning modules, lessons and delivery methods.
Develops assessments based on impact-measurement with different methodologies.
Researches and applies different learning theories to ensure that staff get the best out of their development and that they excel at their jobs.
Designs a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs.
Supports the ToT programs.
Responsible for the entire LMS and other platforms administration including scheduling, assigning modules, uploads, assessments, analytics, dashboards and reporting.
Creates and develops workflows & all clients’ journeys on LMS and other platforms.
Tracks budgets.
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in communication or related area.
Bilingual in Arabic and English
Experience:
5+ years of experience in related area.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thorough understanding of L&D processes.
Ability to design different learning methods and mapping them with related impact assessments.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
