Finance Director

Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax & VAT, and governmental agency reports
Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets
Ensure timely filing / compliance with all SAMA regulations
Ensure quarterly and annual audits are properly planned and completed as per regulatory timeline
Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current financial methods
Communicating with external government entities on financial matters and instructions such as SAMA, ZATCA..etc..
Works with the CEO and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process
Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share
End to end Fund / treasury management including borrowings from Bank / SUKUK and other programs
Oversees the growth opportunities of the company such as, IPO process, and increasing company's capital…etc.
Leading the procurement committee and ensuring that the company adheres to the approved procurement policies
Guides and oversees the execution of the annual budgeting process for the functions in order to ensure that budgeting requirements are aligned to the strategic goals and objective of the organization
Communicate with CMA, and IPO intermediaries to set up suitable plan for company IPO
Communicate with board members, audit committee and other committees and presentation on financials and other key transactions as per authority matrix.
Communicate with company existing and potential investors, introduce company business plan and prepare fundraising materials
Provides strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization’s strategic development plans
Monitors the overall financial performance to ensure awareness of anticipated costs / revenues, excesses / deficits, areas of unsatisfactory performance and potential performance improvement opportunities
Oversees and directs all financial accounting activities related to accounts payables, accounts receivables, general ledger and cash management
Provides guidance and advice, related to the management of cash flow, cost controls and expenses for different functions identifying potential financial opportunities and weaknesses and recommending corrective actions
