الوصف الوظيفي
- Financial Analysis – Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytic tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Company’s portfolio of business.
- Develop a disciplined communication to smooth the interaction between colleagues and other departments.
- Review Accounts Payable, receivable & cashflow on timely manner and report any inaccuracies and provide timely reports to stakeholders
- Analysing the new and existing products to identify the margins and report to stakeholders with the cost Vs benefits analysis.
- Recording of revenue and COS for ICT department based on the contract & agreed customer PO and provide working files to concerned depts. for reconciliation purpose.
- Ensure all ICT sales invoices and costs are being recorded in the AX System allocated to correct revenue centre with all the required information.
- Ensure sales invoices are prepared on time and delivered properly to the customer’s concerned department.
- Working on performance management reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinating with internal auditors for ICOFR and perform needful testing.
- Prepares worksheet and summary of payroll, provision indemnity and leave travel for JV posting purposes.
- Ensure that invoices and summary reports are forwarded to each focal person for GRN and payment purposes.
- Clearance – Check Staff account and provide clearance for leave/resignation purposes.
- Ad-hoc tasks and reports
- Receiving and Invoicing PO for suppliers not related to inventory.
- Review of the shop rentals payments and journal posted in the system.
- Working closely with the CFO
- Coordinate with each department and management to ensure that the require reports and analysis is delivered on time.
- Continuous development of reporting processes to improve the accuracy, efficiency and internal controls.

المهارات
- 5 years or more experience working in a telecom/retail or related industry holding a similar role.
- Mandatory working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP Systems.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills
- Finance degree in accredited institution.
OR
- Having a professional certification like ACCA, CIMA, CA or CPA.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to work out budgets and understand sales figures
- The ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
- Sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and prioritise
- Computer literacy
- Has capability to work well as part of a team and to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people
- Track record of high standards of performance
- Respect and commit on timelines and better manage own time
- Ability to travel and deal with manufacturers and stockists.
