DRAUGHTSMAN HVAC

Job Description

Design and Drafts various HVAC drawings.
Thorough knowledge of Duct Design, Chilled water piping design, Copper piping design etc
Preparation of plant room drawings.
Familiar with various equipment selection for HVAC system.
Preparations of Plans, Sections, Details, Isometric drawings.
Preparation of MEP builders works drawings.
Preparation of Co-ordinations drawings connecting all MEP works.
Quantity take off for ordering the material.
Comments compliance, revisions and consultants follow up
Prepare As-Built drawing, Co-coordinating with site installation.
Report to Project Mechanical Engineer/ Project Manager and update with the specification provided in tender drawings.
Requirements:
Ideally you should have Diploma, ITI or any other relevant certification from any recognized institutions.
You must have 5-8 Years of relevant experience in MEP industry.
Excellent communication skills both, written and oral.
Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Computer literate (Auto CAD, MS Office Etc)
Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
Able to function in a fast-paced environment
Salary : AED 4000 6000
