Job Description
We are looking for a passionate candidate to drive digital marketing in Latam region. You will be leading marketing campaigns across all digital channels and content marketing. You will work closely with the team of trade and product managers to create integrated marketing plans.
This role requires a detailed understanding of project management tools, web analytics, and social technology as well, global platforms.
The candidate must demonstrate a clear ability to develop tactics and run campaigns that drive the business goals earned media, audience growth, owned engagement, acquisition, reach, and more.

Plan and execute results-driven, multi-platform communication strategy accordingly to global brans standards and local priorities
Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy, and developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns
Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels: social media incl. influencers, industry portals, e-mailing, paid media
Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
Work closely with digital ad publications and agencies
Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant media KPIs and budget forecasting
Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
University studies in Business, Communication, Marketing
Specialization in Digital Marketing is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills: must be a personable, confident team player, able to build strong collaborative relationships with different stakeholders
3-5 years Digital Marketing Communication experience in a multinational company or at an agency working
Fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken)
