الوصف الوظيفي
1. Identify and monitor priorities for standards-related activities.
2. Supervise and train the standards specialists and analysts to select, localize, develop, implement, ensure conformance, and manage change of Qatar National eHealth Standards.
3. Ensure that the Qatar National eHealth Standards are published in a format that is consumable by the health sector (i.e. vendors, healthcare organizations, regulators).
4. Ensure that the Qatar National eHealth Standards are aligned with international standards, and where there are gaps, they are addressed / documented.
5. Work with eHealth governance groups and committees to review and approve new Qatar National eHealth Standards, as well as major releases of those standards.
6. Maintain the [approved] Qatar National eHealth Standards in a product-release-management manner.
7. Define vocabulary and interoperability standards, aligned to industry best practices, and localized to meet local needs, to be approved as Qatar National eHealth Standards.
8. Lead the eHealth staff to develop technology-related standards and deliver against the strategic programme roadmap.
9. Control the conformance to approved Qatar National eHealth Standards, and ensure all changes arising to these standards are included in subsequent releases of the standard.
10. Identify, analyse the data integrity risk and resolution of data integrity gaps.
11. Perform other duties as requested to meet the ongoing organizational needs.
