Shape financial planning strategy
As the Project Controller you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for a variety of areas within the project in Integrated Well Services. You will define key reporting metrics to analyse and propose improvements. You'll oversee and collaborate on projects that will make a difference to our business
As the Project Controller, you will be responsible for:
.Collaborating with the Project Managers to deliver and manage the project within the authorisation for expenditure
.Managing financial and accounting matters and take appropriate actions to improve controls and reporting.
.Reviewing and optimising costs to ensure products and projects are delivered to budget and operating margin
.Defining KPI's to analyse and measure performance to propose improvements and action plans
.Communicating across the business on project approach and outcomes, often to high-level colleagues or stakeholders.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
.Be a Graduate with finance/accounting as one of the main subjects
.Have good financial acumen and 5+ years of experience in project cost control
.Have demonstrable knowledge of accounting requirements for Oilfield Services
.Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously
.Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others
.Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
