To gain knowledge and experience required during the 18 months through the specialized programs to prepare the management trainee to take on middle management position within assigned business functional area, this covers and not limited to
- Introduction and department orientation
- Develop basic future role capabilities
- Get to know the business
- Gaian and apply future role capabilities
- Internal and external department orientation
- Critical learning experiences
- Shape-up ownership and accountability skills
- Basic leadership training
Generic Accountability
- Gains knowledge and experience required for future role to Specialist/Manager positions under direction of experienced personnel by performing the following duties.
- Receives training and performs duties in several departments that are customised to the development plan.
- Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and Bank policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
- Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
- Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in related discipline
- Minimum 0-1 years experience in a similar role with a proven track record
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
- Position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
