الوصف الوظيفي
Site Engineer/Supervisor needed for Building Contracting Company:
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts from both quality and price perspective.
- Create and read Autocad plans for electrical, plumbing ..etc.
- Liase with the interior Design team
- Complete a QA/QC for site especially from outsourced vendors.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn.
- Has a network of outsource vendors.
- Follow up daily work and report accordantly
- Managing manpower's & Technical teams in site
