الوصف الوظيفي
- Preparation of Material Requisition in DSBE Oracle system
- Inspection of all received materials against the LPO
- Informing the QC department for inspection on receipt of technical materials
- Updating of the stock report on receipt & issuance of the materials
- Informing the QC, Project Manager, Dept. Manager & Purchase In-charge on receipt of Non-Conforming Material
- Quarantining of expired / damaged materials
- Stacking and identification of all received materials
- Arrangement of suitable storage for the material affected by the atmospheric condition
- Conduction periodic check on the materials for deterioration
- Issuance of material based on the Material Issue
- Preparing store issue voucher summary
- Preparing GRN
- Implementing unique identification of material
- Preparing GTN’s (Goods transfer note) for all the materials going out from yard
- Ensure the Quality Management System is implemented
- Setting stores objective and implement in stores
- Reporting stores activities and improvement to Finance controller
- Record control system is implemented
