Role Accountabilities:
-Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best.
-Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives and review long-
and short-term sales strategies.
– Manage and direct the daily activities of the sales operations in accordance with organization
policies and standards.
-Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth and expansions.
-Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
-Conduct regular market checks for any new competitor’s activities and look for new business
opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market share.
-Manage and follow up customers Portfolio (cashback- cash in/out – suppliers’ utilization –
defaulted customer – past due customers.
Prepare and review the annual budget for region.

المهارات
– Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
– Not less than 10 years of demonstrated previous experience in FMCG industry.
– Previous experience in managing Upper Egypt Region and based at one of Upper Egypt
governates.
– Interpersonal and Communication skills
– People Management skills.
