Operation Manager

Role Summary:

Operations Manager is responsible for directing & supervising all stores, Central Kitchen, Warehouse and Purchasing. Manage all departments of support for that area. Ensure compliance with company operational standards, polices, practices and objectives. Manage front- and back-of-house operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals.

Main Rules & Tasks:

  • Direct, Supervise and Manage all branches & locations and insure that they are follow brand standards, vision & mission.
  • Direct, Oversee and Responsible for new opening stores & ensure that they meet the guidelines & Standards.
  • Manage Purchasing & Warehouse department to ensure getting proper quality & price.
  • Create & apply SOPs, Manuals and checklist for central kitchen.
  • Work closely with Cost Controller to put bar level for warehouse stock and stores.
  • Develop yearly operation plan for the company.
  • Develop a budget for food and beverage operations, including labor costs, equipment purchases, and supplies required to run the department effectively.
  • Develop budgets, monitors the process, and compares P&L results vs. budgets monthly.
  • Create & apply all operations SOPs, manuals & checklist.
  • Follow up with maintenance department & ensure all machines, furniture and equipments are able& ready to use, and do necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Work closely with marketing department to put yearly marketing plan.
  • Follow up with marketing department for any offers, events and ensure proper implementation of marketing projects.
  • Work closely with HR department for interviewing, hiring new employees.
  • Conducting training sessions on topics such as food preparation, food safety, customer service, and inventory management for the employees.
  • Conducts periodic performance reviews in accordance with HR approved system.
  • Directs Area Manager, Training Manager, POS Manager, and Maintenance Manager.
  • Conducts meetings with store managers to insure that all understand any changes in menu, cooking procedures, management instructions and other operational enhancements.
  • Provide Owners, Management & Stores with required reports.
  • Supports and advises management teams on operational procedures.
  • Ensures that cash controls are in compliance with company requirements.
  • Ensures that administrative procedures are timely and accurate.
  • Monitoring the quality of food products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Ensuring all company beverages recipes and procedures are followed by staff, maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards.
  • Oversee & control revenue and expenditure for all Stores.
  • Work, and develop relationships, with external suppliers to ensure the very best reputation within the industry, and receives the service required to ensure that the operational Food and Beverage team can deliver the highest quality product, and the highest financial return.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.
  • Ensure that all regulations are applied for employees safety and all stores are compliance with government regulations.
