JOB PURPOSE

To monitor and manage the approved as built configuration for Act tail number and serialized part number level and ensure the accuracy of the time control tracking for each part number

Job Specific

Manage the approved as built configuration for Act tail number and serialized part number level and ensure the accuracy of the time control tracking for each part number.
Check that physical configuration of the Act is identical to reference tree in the system.
Monitor and manage Act component Part No., S/N Allowed quantity and latest modification status .
Check that all component actual trees are identical to reference trees and ensure all NHA & NUA are properly identified.
Ensure all life limited parts are property identified in the system and are property tracked.
Imitate required documents for SN Verification / Component removal for staggering or system correction purposes.
Ensure that tasks are reflecting lease aircraft contract requirements and instruct Maintenance to scan component certificate before closing work order,
Review aircraft lease agreement, and ensure that functions related to contract terms and conditions in this agreement, and falls within the department responsibilities, are properly reflected in department policy & procedure, and executed continuously
Satisfy Lessor Requirement and queries after proper coordination with SV Technical contract department.
Laisse with Engineering, Planning, Production control and other concern departments to ensure compliance.
Management of Discrepancies During Label Booking.
Ensure that, on hard time Component’s delivery such as APU, engine and LDG, all received documents and certificates are already registered properly in the system.
Produce reports for task card expired or will expire within next few days for system monitoring proper Update and Review fleet utilization change impact on MTOP.
Ensure Task assignment (MTOP) are defined correctly and properly maintained according to latest MPD's & MP's revisions.
Review AMOS reports for ERRORS. initialization, Calculation Error, Warning MSGS., and Synchronizing & Out of phase tasks, Analysis of the initialization results for phase in aircraft.
Jointly work with Maintenance Program Department for preparation of revised maintenance program.
Management & Coordinate STE process.
Develop and monitor departmental performance metrics {KPI).
Build accurate data base to generate reports related to department functions.
