The ideal candidate will effectively manage the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services within the clients' properties, including cleaning, M&E, vending, and front of house, to ensure that the highest standards of customer service and quality are maintained at all times, whilst also ensuring value for money is achieved at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining oversight of day-to-day delivery of facility soft and hard services to the client through designated suppliers, ensuring the highest standards are achieved.
  • ensuring services are delivered that exceed the customers’ expectations and service level agreements.
  • supervising remedial work within the designated hub and ensuring full compliance with all applicable legislation.
  • leads on customer care and aids FM teams within the designated Hub to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are delivered to all client staff.
  • Ensuring FMs within the hub report plant status and operational status of any facility asset monthly to relevant parties at all levels.
  • identify alternative strategies where appropriate, and employ the most recent best practices and innovative ideas.helping the senior leadership team set strategic level targets and goals.
  • implementing continuous improvement in all service lines to drive value-added and control costs.
  • providing call-out support as needed, and can attend the site on weekends as needed.
  • carry out regular inspections within the designated hub of records to ensure that relevant statutory work is being completed in line with service contracts and national legislation.
  • ensuring that the same standards are being delivered across the portfolio and sharing best practice.
  • Ensuring that the emergency response plan is updated and circulated
  • providing day-to-day health and safety and environmental management onsite.

المهارات

Qualifications and requirements:

  • 5-8 years of working experience (from a facility management company).
  • bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
