Candidate should be fluent in English with good communication skill
Able to co-ordinate with various people within our organization
Thorough knowledge of Filing and archiving in an organized manner to be easily accessible at any given point of time, either digitally or manually/physically.
Responsible to archive the history of our company from its inception to date and henceforth in future
All photographs of our business and social events, labelling them with appropriate captions in a proper sequence date-wise/month-wise/year-wise
All awards and certificates obtained to be segregated and displayed in an organized manner.
All write-ups/articles appeared in various channels/media to be archived as per sequence
Archivists who have worked in the Newspaper Organizations is preferable
Bachelor's Degree of Diploma
3-5 years work experience
Must be available in UAE
