الوصف الوظيفي
Our client a leading name in the travel and tourism industry is looking to bring on a board a B2B sales professional to join their travel business business unit
Your Functional Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Be the custodian of Market Intelligence, identify market opportunities and work towards strong GTM to gain share quarter on quarter
- Work closely with Product, Revenue & Category and Marketing teams to formulate strategies that help in growing top line and effectively implement the same.
- Drive platform and technology adoption across partners through extensive training and monitoring.
- Monitor and achieve daily / monthly / quarterly numbers on top line & bottom line.
- Act as a consultant to Travel agent partners to grow his business and deliver healthy NPS
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain strong professional relationship with partners across UAE.
- Influence business and industry practices by driving innovative ideas, solutions and products

Prerequisites/ Desired Skill Sets:
- Should have spent a considerable period in UAE travel domain; preferably in B2B section
- Should be conversant in English
- Data-driven business acumen
- Proven ability to build, drive and rally teams on organizational and functional goals.
- Demonstrated leadership and management excellence
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong focus
- Strong understanding of the Business Development, market rigor, product category, market, and growth opportunities in order to implement strategic and targeted action plans to achieve goals
Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Travel market domain in UAE. Should be aware of local players as well as regional market intricacies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with great interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
- High on energy, team player coupled with a Go-Getter attitude
- Good understanding, preferably of the travel market and growth opportunities in order to implement strategic and targeted action plans to achieve goals
- Expert in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.
