The opportunity
As a Typist in the Audit team, you will support document typing or formatting of financial statements/manuscripts from English to Arabic and Arabic to English.
Your key responsibilities
You will support the MENA practice in providing high-quality administrative support to our Assurance department through a precise, reliable, and client-orientated mindset. Creating and formatting financial statements in a timely and accurate manner are a core element of this role.
Verifying documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors, and handling sensitive information is also crucial for this role, as is the ability to work closely with the Assurance team to drive quality.
You will need to actively establish internal relationships and where possible identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate.

To qualify for the role, you must have
.At least one to three years of professional experience in a similar role
. Competent in business English, Arabic writing, and typing skills, with the ability to type 40 – 50 words per minute
. Bachelor's degree or diploma in any specialization (business management, accounting, etc)
. Well-spoken and written English, Arabic, and French.
. Excellent administrative and organisational skills
. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
. Self-motivated, positive attitude
. High attention to detail
Ideally, you'll also have
. Strong interpersonal skills
. Experience in similar role (Typist, Data Entry Clerk or Data Entry Operator)
. Familiarity with office equipment, such as IT and printing equipment
. High school diploma
. IT certification is a plus
. Fluency in French (reading, speaking and writing)
