Position Title: Supervisor – Live Cooking
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.8K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus uniform and OT paid
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the leading retail hypermarket group based in Dubai
Job Description:
- Handle schedule rotation of team members
- Supervise daily operation specially cleanliness, SOPs, attendance, and performance of the team
- Proactively handle customer feedback, compliment and or complaint
- Train and coach, the chefs on live cooking demo style and customer approach
- Monitor stocks and deliveries for supplies in stock room area
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationals
- Male,40 years old and below
- At least 6 months UAE experience as Supervisor; 2 years of experience as Cook/live Cooking Representative in homecountry
- Should have experience in live cooking
- Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
