Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai/Sharjah
About the Client:
A Dubai based café restaurant, known all over social media for its awesome signature food items and funky, energetic interior vibe
Job Description:
- Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
- Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes
- Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items and recipes and developing dishes
- Supervising all kitchen stations and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
- Being responsible for health and safety food hygiene practices
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and European nationality
- Male, 48 years old and below
- Diploma or any relevant certificates
- At least 4 years of experience in the same role from F&B / Hospitality groups / 5-star hotels
- Must have a background in American/Italian or Fusion cuisines
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
