National_Senior HR Executive | Group HR
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide second level expert services in the areas of Process Management, Training & Communication, Knowledge Management, OM, PA,TA & PY. Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and is familiar with functionality & HR global data definitions.
- Take care of answering complex queries and transactions related to OM, PA , TA & PY.
- Provide trainings to Tier 1 in order to increase the first contact resolution rate.
- Manage user access requests on GRC tool and support required documentation process.(deputy role owner)
- Ensure compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislation
- Review PA & OM transactions (hires, leavers , promotions, HR letters etc…)
- Upload payroll transactional data in timely & accurately delivered on HR coreMake recommendations for the development of, or enhancements to, current systems and the implementation of new systems and tools for better reporting and analytics.
- Coordinate and prioritize ad-hoc data and reporting requests and data collection from both internal and external sources for analysis.

المهارات
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Human Resources.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
- 2-5 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience in HR Shared services in a complex multination environment
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Local Labour Law knowledge is a must
Job-Specific Skills:
- Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Possess high-level computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, SAP
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Strong team player, with ability to take initiative and operate independently. Able to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in working in international and complex organizations.
- Excellent attention to detail, quality and meeting deadlines are your trademark
