The primary responsibility of "Research & Insights Specialist" is to drive research & insights needs for all business units and new opportunities for the company. You would provide secondary research in support of market analysis, opportunity analysis, trends, and competitive analysis, with specialization in insurance & fintech industry.Key Roles and Responsibilities :Conduct research on markets, products, business opportunities, and any ad hoc requests coming from key business stakeholdersAnalyze and synthesize research results to develop actionable insights that will influence and drive both strategy and executionProvide market intelligence and keep a close eye on latest industry news and trendsAnalyze research findings and incorporate findings into presentations, reports, and white papers.As part of innovation team, help drive continuous innovation process through data/insight-based decision makingNote: The above is a list of the key accountabilities of the role. The employee in this role is expected to be open to manage other responsibilities that are linked to this role which can be assigned by the manager from time to time.
المهارات
Required work experience/Qualifications/Certification:2-4+ years relevant working experience, with some specialization in insurance or financial services domain.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or business studies.Sound understanding of GCC market like KSA, UAE, Qatar etc.,Familiarity with secondary research and research databases is a strong plusWillingness to explore and drive knowledge initiatives with an entrepreneurial mindsetAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in Excel and PowerPointExcellent communications skills and Arabic speaker is preferred but not mandatoryDesired Skills:MBA is a plusStrong Communication SkillsBackground in consulting/research industry is a plusLanguage skills:Required language(s): English(mandatory) and Arabic(preferred)Preferred industry/Organization/Location:Consulting/Research industryUAE- Dubai/ KSA – Riyadh
