Mission/ Core Purpose of the Job:

Lead Information Exchange and Coordination within its Project and Discipline. Continuous review of performance and quality of the project. Acts as a sub-project manager within its locations.

Key Tasks:

– Analysis and Review of technical information.

– Coordinate Information Models as per Engineering best practices and local/international codes as required.

– Review, Audit and Quality Check of Information models.

– Task assignment and monitoring for the subordinates (production/project) team.

– Prepare content for technical reports, including narratives, calculations and illustrations.

– Lead, coach, support and motivate team members.

– Understand the team's needs, weaknesses, and opportunities and translate them into strengths.

– Support the team's development.

– Drive proactive problem solving and support with site/project teams through active collaboration in the areas of tool repairs and service processes

– Monitor and assess the performance of projects, including time, quality and money

– Provide Leadership, guidance and approval for the production of engineering solutions, documents and standards

– Any other related task assigned by the Line Manager.

Supervisory / Leadership / Managerial Tasks:

Lead, maintain and monitor the task management systems for his subordinates, in collaboration with Project Controls

Education:

Mandatory: BSc in Civil Engineering

Recommended: MSc

Experience:

Minimum Required: 7 years

Knowledge:

Modelling, Drafting, Design, Engineering, Construction, Programming/Visual Programming, Planning and Controlling, Technical Writing, Advanced Office Applications, MS Office Suite, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Civil 3D

Skills:
