الوصف الوظيفي
- Development, review, analysis and maintenance of project management plan
- Monitoring design and construction progress
- Updating and reviewing construction schedules
- Preparing and issuing Daily/ Weekly/Monthly reports, earn value resource analysis, analyzing delays and developing recovery plans to mitigate delays
- Analyzing schedule change orders and prepare schedule delay estimates/ analysis
- Reviewing, analyzing and preparing reports on contractor’s claims and requests for extension of time.
- Prepare the required project resources according to project stages and status.
- Attend and running weekly and monthly progress meetings, discussing and suggesting recovery proposals.
- Take part in the project management review and risk management review.
- Take part in the contractual aspect of projects.
- Document project issues/conditions and following up all project correspondences to observe the changes and potential claims.
- Plan and prepare project paperwork and update it regularly in liaison with the Project control Manager.
- Communicate projects’ progress and problems/risks/concerns to the Project Manager
