• Development, review, analysis and maintenance of project management plan
• Monitoring design and construction progress
• Updating and reviewing construction schedules
• Preparing and issuing Daily/ Weekly/Monthly reports, earn value resource analysis, analyzing delays and developing recovery plans to mitigate delays
• Analyzing schedule change orders and prepare schedule delay estimates/ analysis
• Reviewing, analyzing and preparing reports on contractor’s claims and requests for extension of time.
• Prepare the required project resources according to project stages and status.
• Attend and running weekly and monthly progress meetings, discussing and suggesting recovery proposals.
• Take part in the project management review and risk management review.
• Take part in the contractual aspect of projects.
• Document project issues/conditions and following up all project correspondences to observe the changes and potential claims.
• Plan and prepare project paperwork and update it regularly in liaison with the Project control Manager.
• Communicate projects’ progress and problems/risks/concerns to the Project Manager
