A large media house in Saudi Arabia is looking to recruit a Marketing Director who will be in charge of leading all the Company’s Marketing activities including traditional and digital-native products, as well as leading the digital transformation of other products and services. Our Marketing Director role is responsible for overseeing the strategic development, planning, implementation and analysis of group marketing activities in Saudi Arabia. The core focus is working with the executive team and other business units’ heads to deliver strategic marketing guidance and activity across our operations to maximise brand equity, increase sales and ROI, in addition to driving acquisition and growth of our customer database.
Core channels include on-site/platform, email, social, paid social and programmatic media. It also involves marketing to grow and promote our brands.
Key Accountabilities
· Leads all business development efforts within the organisation, including the development and implementation of business development strategies and activities.
· Develops plans for new market entry and existing market expansion and aligns the product development efforts accordingly after evaluating the business opportunities using the required business analytical tools
· Developing Marketing Strategy and guidelines
· Takes responsibility for the eCommerce performance.
· Works closely with the the Digital Marketing Manager to maximise and optimise sales from our marketing channels
· Provides strategic guidance to the digital marketing team to drive usage and revenue of our paid and owned digital media channels, and develop their skills and capabilities
· Contributes to various pitch and tender docs and other opportunities as required, with full responsibility for the data, analytics and marketing components.
· Works with the team to ensure the provision of timely campaign performance reports and optimisation recommendations.
· Develops strong relationships with the other business units, ensuring integration of marketing into all aspects of the business.
· Works with Data & Analytics to drive performance and increase ROI, develop customer insights and segments and apply across marketing activity.
· Champions existing Marketing Products and leads the transformation of other products.
· Briefs and works with designers to develop concepts for product marketing, seasonal campaigns, events and more.
· Acts as a change agent to maintain competitive advantage.
· Tracks and measures program effectiveness to drive improvement or develop new offerings

المهارات
· A Bachelor’s degree with marketing major, MBA is preferred.
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in strategic marketing roles, preferable with creative, acquisition and client side experience
· Minimum 4 years’ experience in people management
- Previous experience in the business strategy development is preferable
