Job Description

Our Client
Leading MSSP based in Saudi Arabia
Your Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support via the ticketing system and phone.
Cover 24×7 operations and provide on-site coordination.
Provide daily summary reports of network events and activity relevant to security systems.
Proactive Network monitoring and Incident management.
Adhere to Change Management and Maintenance policy and process.
Escalate support requests to next level engineers and communicate with Incident Management as appropriate.
Escalate to vendors and follow up as needed to ensure problem resolution .
Document planned and unplanned network events in appropriate tracking and turnover systems
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents/issues within SLA.
Review, provide input, and sign off on defined policy and process standards
Examine technical problems and provide basic engineering and additional support in solving the problems

Your Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field
Two or more years work experience as a System Security Engineer or related position
Good experience in developing, operating, and maintaining security systems
Good knowledge of operating system and database security
Good in networking technologies, network security and network monitoring solutions
Must understand security and incident response best practices
Must have prior Operational experience with Next Generation firewalls
Any industry recognized security certification, such as CCNP Security, PCNSE or NSE4 is preferred
