Job Description :
A local financial institution is currently looking for a Head of Employee Relations . Key contributor to strategic initiatives . Responsible for ensuring employee retention & satisfaction . Processing employee requests, handling employee grievances and counselling.
Must have 7+ years experience in HR Employee Relations, ideally within the financial world
Minimum of a bachelors degree
HR professional qualification such as CIPD or SHRM would be preferred
