1. Continue the implementation of the human resource needs plan.
2. He follows up the preparation and implementation of performance development plans for all employees and coordinates with the Training Center to make training plans.
3. Follows up the implementation of performance appraisal for employees and ensures compliance with the relevant policies.
4. In coordination with the training center, he analyzes the results of the performance appraisal in order to determine the development needs.
5. Conducts the necessary studies to develop the salary scale, ranks and other benefits for employees.
6. Proposes and studies employee motivation programs and supervises their implementation.
7. Follows up on the evaluation of the jobs created and modified as a result of the development of work in the house.
8. Follows up on promotion procedures, salary increases and bonuses for employees.
9. Develop replacement plans for leadership positions.
10. Develop development plans for leadership and executive positions.
11. He prepares periodic reports and statistical data and submits them to his direct manager.
12. He participates in committees and work teams to prepare studies within his field of specialization based on a mandate from the administration.
13. He proposes solutions to the problems and obstacles in the organization and the current method of work and submits them to his immediate superior for discussion and development.
14. Performs any other tasks and responsibilities that fall within the scope of his competence and upon the assignment of his direct superior.
