Job Responsibilities

Research products user experience and usability to understand pain points in the customer journey of different personas.

Research customer insights to define and prioritize experience requirements and opportunities for improvement.

Conduct analysis of daily/monthly customer interactions and identify drop-off points to thoroughly understand consumer behavior.

Conduct gap analysis for products’ features to achieve feature parity across all products.

Collaborate with product team and other stakeholders to ideate creative solutions that addresses customers’ pain points.

Deliver data-driven recommendations around how to increase traffic, conversion, and key usability metrics of Aramex digital products and services.

Be part of iterative ideation and prototyping (e.g., design thinking) process to engage customers and employees in the co-creation of enhanced or innovative experiences.

Collaborate with key stakeholders in operations, commercial, finance, and other functions to capture data needed to drive business decisions.

Support product’s squad to establish and follow a well-defined design process each time an experience is created or changed.

Assess, document, track, and report resolution of experience gaps across touch points.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in BIT, MIS, Software engineer, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineer

Demonstrates ability to take initiative and to handle new duties with limited direction; determines and set work priorities; maintains confidentiality; works independently; responds calmly and efficiently when under pressure and/or frequent interruptions; collaborates effectively with many different audiences

Strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; Ability to determine and set work priorities, maintain confidentiality, work independently, and work effectively during periods of heavy workloads and tight deadlines.

0-2 years on experience

Excellent Command in English
