Responsibilities:

As Diamond & Jewelry Business Development Manager, you will be:

 Managing and supervising the day-to-day factory operations and maintaining tracking reports for

all parcels of rough stones received, in process, and polished and certified.

 Initiating/Closing profitable sale and purchase deals with suppliers, individuals, businesses,

jewelry manufacturers, or as directed by the Management.

 Ensuring proper documentation is maintained for second and third parties in dealing and

transacting with the Company, such as the KPC Certificate, Export Documentation, GIA

certification, identification documents, and other relevant documents where applicable.

 Consistently work towards increasing the clientele of the factory through various networks and

connections.

 Reporting daily progress and updates to the Management and achieving KPIs and assigned

targets on a monthly basis.

 Ensuring health and safety processes are followed at all times in the factory by the staff/workers.

 Preparing monthly business and profitability reports for the Management.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Must have a solid understanding of gemology, diamond and gems cutting and polishing

processes. Gemmological certifications will be a plus.

 Proven track record of growing jewelry/diamond businesses

 Excellent marketing and promotion skills are mandatory

 4+ years of experience in the Jewelry and Diamond business
