We’re looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to establish and maintain strong clients’ relationships. Our ideal candidate must have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service, consultative selling, and well sound insights to clients in the IT/Business solutions domain. Applicants should also be comfortable working with cross functional teams including sales and marketing, CXOs, Engineers, Consultants, and IT partners. The Sales Manager is expected to be highly influential and have a deep knowledge of B2B sales procedures and skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
- Prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, and other methods
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and propose solutions to meet those needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Manage relationships with current and prospective customers
- Develop customer success plans; ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape; adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Create reports on sales performance metrics
المهارات
- Professional experience in B2B sales with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and good attention to details
- Good Arabic/English, written and verbal skills
