The Brand Associate Dermatology VIE will be responsible for a key component of the Specialty Care Unit Innovative growth platform by building the Franchise in Dermatology.
Responsibilities:

Successfully supports commercial operations of a brand/portfolio of products throughout their life cycle stages by effective planning and execution around the marketing mix including; Product, Price, Place and Promotion ensuring Customer Satisfaction at a profitable basis

Contributes to the dermatology projects such as Brand Materials, Event Organization, Starter Kits, educational materials, and Digital Initiatives by ensuring proper implementation, maximizing reach and building analytics reports

Aligns with the cross functional internal stakeholders to gain approvals and endorsement on projects and with the operations team for implementation

Follows internal control requirements to ensure compliance to SOPs (standard operating procedures) requirements

Understands and supports the market needs and provide innovative inputs for developing current and planned projects per country
Requirements:

Finished Master’s degree in pharmacy, health education or marketing

At least 1 year experience in the medical field

Execution of self-driven project and project management experience

Has background knowledge/experience in the specialty care areas

Languages: English & French full professional proficiency; Arabic would be a plus

High learning agility and ability to perform under pressure with multi-tasking skills

Pro-active with a sense of urgency, demonstrating leadership and effectiveness in a matrix organization

Professional analytical thinking and problem-solving approach

Project management skills and Planning capability

Strong presentation and general communication skills (written, verbal and listening)

Forecasting, Planning and Budgeting Skills
