Background Information:
Search for Common Ground Search for Common Ground (Search) is a non-governmental organization working to transform the way the world deals with conflict. We have acquired 40 years of experience in peacebuilding and are based in over 30 countries around the world. In each project, we seek to engage all stakeholders to work together to address shared challenges and develop joint solutions. We have led programmes around the world to help societies channel their differences away from adversarial approaches and towards collaborative solutions with activities that range from conflict mediation and peace education to stabilization and women’s empowerment.
The Project:
Jusoor project Phase II
aims at strengthening youth-centered participatory approaches to local governance in Jordan, which shall be achieved through the following two Specific Objectives: 1.Equip local authorities and youth with the skills and competencies to effectively, constructively, and inclusively engage target communities in local governance. 2.Enable local authorities and youth to leverage participatory approaches and strategic communication to address local communities’ governance demands.
Scope of Work:
Search seeks
a local production house
to produce various media campaigns in the targeted governorates (Irbid, Zarqa, Amman, Madaba, and Tafileh) in cooperation and discussion with the project youth and the local authorities. The media campaigns will be disseminated on social and traditional media, which will vary according to the campaign strategy plan that will be developed by the youth leaders and local authorities.

A statement of qualifications of the agency as they relate to the objectives of the project and the qualifications highlighted. Agencies are specifically recommended to highlight their qualifications, capability, and experience related to: How to Apply: Interested qualified agencies are expected to submit a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal.
A technical proposal, including:
– Strategy development – Creative production, including Video (TV and online) Traditional and social media. – Operational implementation, including Video (TV and online) Traditional, and social media. – Example projects and media content that demonstrate the firm has the capability articulated in the statement of qualifications. – Resumes, no longer than 2-pages in length, of the personnel that would be assigned to this project, with their roles and responsibilities/ToR and Level of Efforts during the mentioned activities and for the requested outcomes. – A statement sustaining the resources of the proposing entity and the ability to carry out the Scope of Work requested. – Proposed fee structure, including retainer fees, reimbursable expenses, etc. preferences will be given to firm fixing pricing. – Contact information for at least two (2) clients. – Contact information for two (2) business references. – Suggested timeline to achieve the media campaign strategy within the period of this activity from October 9th until the end of March 2022 (the timeline should include the coordination workshop, submitting the final media strategies, conducting regular feedback meetings with the youth about the development of the media products, the campaign dissemination , the social media management, and submitting regular and final reports. This timeline is open also for the agency to include any related activities).
– A financial proposal, including:

Financial Offer for different media products as this offer should include the estimated cost for each potential product like (not limited to): – Short videos (for both TV and online) that will be freshly shot for this engagement (2-3 minutes each video) taking in consideration that the videos need to be taken in each governorate location according to the developed campaign strategy. – Graphics/ animations/ images/flyers/ which must be developed in-house or purchased under applicable laws. – Infographics, posters, radio messages, and any media-related products, as needed. – Any other possible products based on the production house experience with its cost. The offer should also include the cost of implementing the media campaigns in the different governorates and any other related costs (eg. paid advertising on social media and taxes).
