First of all you will earn a tax free all-inclusive salary! You will have a direct and permanent employment with our client, for either 2 or 3 years. A healthcare insurance or healthcare treatment is part of that employment. You work in an international team & working environment and you receive a total of 30 calendar days leave for every full year of work. Lastly, you will receive end of service benefits as per UAE Labor Law.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Local market knowledge.
  • Go to Market Sales Model – Leading /coaching teams through transformation with Account Planning/Opportunity Identification, Business Relevant / Customer Value Selling and Business Disciplines.
  • Executes the sales plan for the allocated region according the commercial policy of the company, achieving the quantitative and qualitative plans and targets for the region.
  • Maintain existing sales within assigned customers and a given sales territory.
  • Analyse sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective
  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using ERP System
  • Create a pipeline of various Hotels and Restaurants (HORECA) for sales and distribution
  • Develop and maintain a retail networks within HORECA
  • Ensure the proper implementation for any new developmental areas whether in introducing new products or winning new customers
  • Keep the sales team well-informed on any new leads in the market and always keep an open communication
  • Focus on the availability of company new products to maximize their potential and expand customer base to ensure coverage of potential customers is maximized
  • The occupant manages vendors from different geographical regions with various financial and legal conditions, level and impact of descisions the occupant needs to make

who you are

You are a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will be responsible for developing the business for our Premium Organic Chicken in the Restaurant and Hotel space.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Build a go-to-market sales model
  • Strategically drive organization’s end-to-end vision for our customers
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of competitive conditions, industry practices, market opportunities
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field. Masters is an advantage.
  • Sound proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor
