【Responsibilities】
1. Operate and optimize the "marketing management review meeting", improve the quality of project initiation and material review, and push the closure of outstanding tasks.
2. Monitor and remind the standardization of project operations and material review, improve the standardization of project operations, and evaluate the standardization of project operations.
3. Sort out common requirements for project management and marketing strategies and enable related personnel.
4. Manage key project progress risks in a coordinated manner, provide support for cross-domain key projects and risky projects, and assist in planning and promoting risk resolution.
5. Brand supervision and management, carry out global brand compliance checks by domain, and track issue closure.

Service skill requirements:
1. Business understanding: Be familiar with business planning and strategies, business processes, understand business pain points, and identify business issues.

3. Problem-solving capability: Have strong problem-solving capability and be able to push the closure of various brand issues.
4. Project management capability;
5. Facilitation: Strong project management background, ability to manage deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams based on daily and weekly deadlines.
Professional knowledge requirements:
1. Professional knowledge such as project management and PMP is preferred. Be able to break down priorities to facilitate the orderly progress of multiple projects, streamline marketing project management, identify and coordinate risks, and mobilize resources in time.
2. Fluent in both English and Chinese
