الوصف الوظيفي
1- Responsible for executing all activities and transactions pertaining to payroll in order to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while adhering to department policies and procedures.
2- Ensure accurate employee records are maintained in the payroll system.
3- Receive payroll reports and timesheets from the operations department, review data, verify and compile accurate payroll information.
4- Compile and maintain client information for each project and plan the monthly payroll cycle.
5-Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and analyze payroll expenses for variances.
6-Liaise with Human Resources & Administration Department and provide timely response to enquiries regarding payroll and HR accounting issues.
7- Set required timelines for the payroll processing to be on time with no obstacles.
8-Monitor the payroll process for correct garnishment calculations and compliance.
9- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
10-Administer statements of payment to employees.
12- Process payment of employee benefits by closely working with the HR department.
13-Receive employees’ end of service notification and fulfil the final settlement procedures to settle their accounts.
14-Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements while preparing and disbursing salaries for the project staff. Ensure that all payroll accounting entries are supported with valid documentation.
15- Prepare and submit regular reports to direct management pertaining to payroll records, a summary of payments, deductions, additions and other activities as required.
16- Assist auditors for the purpose of providing supporting documentation and/ or information on the internal process that is required for management reviews and audit.
17-Analyze and suggest process improvements ensuring contractual commitments are observed.
18- Contribute to the improvement and development of the Payroll system to ensure the best practices in the industry are implemented.

المهارات
1-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, HR or related field.
2- Minimum of 3–4 years of proven experience in payroll processing.
3- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
4-Knowledge of basic structures for compensation, wages and understanding of Labor Laws.
5-Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
6-High level of accuracy with the ability to meet deadlines.
7- Excellent Computer skills, Operating systems, Microsoft Office suite and Mastering Excel.
8- High level of verbal and written communication skills ( Proficiency in English language and Arabic is a plus).
